Below are the rules governing purchasing from TAG TEAM Marketing International, Inc.

RETURNS

• CDs, DVDs, videotapes and audio tapes are not refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• Consumable products (including skincare, bath & body, personal care and health & wellness, and food products) are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• Print advertising orders are not refundable or exchangeable after advertising deadline has passed.
  
  
• Black Business Network business memberships, TAG TEAM Marketing Business Opportunity distributorships and TAG TEAM University memberships are refundable within three business days of the date of enrollment. Monthly service charges for memberships are not refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• Event registrations, TAG TEAM University seminars and courses, and all Internet broadcasts are not refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• d'Zert Club / African Genesis Institute program enrollments are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• Vending spaces are not refundable or exchangeable.
  
  
• Customers who purchase TAG TEAM University memberships or courses, Black Business Network business memberships, or other programs or products on an installment plan, are agreeing to a full term contract, i.e. 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, etc. All installments must be paid in full, regardless of use or participation, and are not cancellable, refundable or exchangeable.

TAG TEAM Marketing will credit your payment for returned merchandise (clothing, accessories, etc.):

1. If the merchandise is received by TAG TEAM Marketing within 21 days of the shipping date, and
2. The returned item is undamaged, unopened (still in its original plastic wrap), and unused.

All returned orders will be charged a $20 processing fee.
This fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Items must be returned to the address at the bottom of this page. Also include a note with the reason for your return, the nature of any defect, and your original order number.

Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed. We will notify you via email of your credit or exchange. If you paid by cash, check or money order, TAG TEAM Marketing will mail you a check. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to that card account.

WRONG MERCHANDISE

TAG TEAM Marketing will exchange merchandise that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment:

1. If the item is received by TAG TEAM Marketing within 21 days of the shipping date and
2. The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).

You will not be charged additional fees for wrongly shipped merchandise.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

TAG TEAM Marketing will exchange defective merchandise for another of the same item, or will credit your payment:

1. If the item is received by the TAG TEAM Store within 21 days of the shipping date, and
2. The item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.

You will not be charged additional fees for replacement of defective items.

LIABILITY

Buy Black Today offers many products from a variety of Black-owned businesses. TAG TEAM Marketing International, Inc. assumes no liability for items purchased through the Buy Black Today online store. Liability lies with each particular vendor who supplies the product. You must purchase at your own risk. If any issues arise, you must take them up directly with the vendor.

UNDELIVERABLE MERCHANDISE

TAG TEAM Marketing will charge you an additional shipping and handling fee for order shipments that are returned to us because:

1. Order undeliverable due to an incomplete / wrong / illegible address provided during order.
2. Order undeliverable for any reason including customer not home to receive merchandise, did not claim order, refused order, provided wrong or incomplete delivery address, etc.

You will not be charged additional fees if an address error was made by TAG TEAM Marketing staff.

TAG TEAM Marketing recommends that you send your returned items via an insured carrier. TAG TEAM Marketing is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
